Our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. We experienced check-in difficulties as the key in the lockbox was missing at our arrival. While we managed to resolve it with a quick call, it set a frustrating tone for the beginning of our stay. Additionally, the room was not as spacious as expected, making it uncomfortable for our group. Unfortunately, misleading pictures did not help the situation.

Perfect spot for relaxation with two beautiful pools and a lovely outdoor area. The room was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The nearby beach and great dining options, including an amazing Mexican restaurant just a short walk away, made exploring easy and enjoyable. The self-check-in process was simple, and I appreciated the special touches like complimentary suncream and mosquito spray for guests.
